The top picture was supplied by a remodelor. He needed to present the customer a picture so the customer could see
some possible changes before the actual home improvement were started.

The bottom picture is a quick Photoshop job on the above picture.

The reason I call the picture below a quick picture is because it is not a perfect Photoshop picture.
A better Photoshop picture can be accomplished if required but with extra cost and time.
